Can I select any hotel in the listings?

Yes, as long as it is featured on this website (and subject to promotional availability), the choice of hotels is up to you.

Do I have to purchase additional food or drink?

This promotion is accommodation only.

If you decide to stay at one of the Malmaison Hotel’s, you will be required to have a 2-course dinner during your stay. The cost of this meal will be at the customers expense. The 2-course meal can chosen from the seasonal Fixed Price menu or a contribution of £19.95 per person will be made from Malmaison towards the a la carte menu. Any additional charges on top of the contribution will be charged to the customer at check out.

If you decide to stay another hotel (not Malmaison), the offer is for room only and there is no obligation to purchase any additional food, travel or services.

Is it possible to upgrade my hotel room?

Yes, the majority of hotels offer this service although it will incur additional charges which you can arrange directly with the hotel at your own cost once you receive your booking confirmation.

Can I arrange an extra night’s stay?

Yes, subject to availability. Please arrange this directly with your hotel at your own cost once you have received your booking confirmation.

When do I need to book my hotel stay by?

Hotel bookings must be made within 7 months of the date you receive your Free Hotel Stay booking code. The last available check-in date for this offer is 02 March 2020.

Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?

In order to receive this particular Toyota hotel offer you must book your free one-night weekend break through this promotional website. Any other means of booking cannot be honoured and would be charged directly to you by the hotel in the usual manner.

Do you have additional hotels other than those featured on this website?

All hotels available are presented on this website. Hotels are carefully selected and reviewed and are subject to change during the lifetime of the promotion. This website may be updated from time to time with new partner hotels so please keeping checking.

Can I order flowers, chocolates or champagne to be in my room on arrival?

Most of our hotels offer this facility; please contact the hotel directly once you’ve received your booking confirmation to add additional services. Additional services will be payable directly to the hotel by you.

I trust Toyota but I've seen these promotions before, what's the catch?

The short answer is that there is no catch. We will pay for one night's accommodation in one of your chosen hotels (subject to availability). You must select 3 hotels from those listed on our site and then let us know when you'd like to stay. You can always add extras like dinner or breakfast (these are not covered by Toyota) but again that's up to you! All we hope is that you enjoy your stay.
